GroWrk Embedded for Vertical SaaS
Add physical operations to your product without becoming an operations company.
If your customers repeatedly provision technology to employees, contractors, or locations, GroWrk gives your software the infrastructure to manage that lifecycle natively.

The gap today
Your product ends where the physical work begins.
Vertical platforms own an industry workflow end to end — until something has to physically arrive somewhere. Then the customer leaves your product, and that part of their operation becomes invisible to you.
The workflow breaks at the hardware step.
Everything else is automated; equipment is handled in email and spreadsheets.
You lose the data.
What was bought, where it went, and who has it never returns to your system.
Customers ask you for it.
The request usually arrives as "can you just handle the laptops too?"
Building it is a different company.
Suppliers, warehouses, couriers, and disposition partners are not a feature sprint.
The opportunity
A new module, not a new company.
Embedding device infrastructure lets you launch an operational capability with an integration instead of an operations department.
Launch a new capability
Ship a Devices module inside the product customers already use daily.
Deepen the core workflow
The industry workflow you own becomes complete rather than partial.
Create more customer value
Replace an unmanaged manual process with a tracked one.
Expand monetization
A new capability to package, tier, or charge for.
Increase differentiation
Competitors can copy a screen; they cannot copy an operating network.
Keep the relationship
The customer never has to hold a separate vendor relationship.
What launching looks like
A Devices module appears inside your product.
The same navigation, the same permissions, the same customers — with an operational capability behind it.
- 01
A new module appears
Devices joins the navigation your customers already know. No new login, no redirect, no second vendor.

Software in. Hardware out.
Software is only half the infrastructure.
The screen your team designs is one call. Behind it sits sourcing, configuration, warehousing, couriers, inspection, maintenance, and certified disposition in every market your customers operate in.

The division of labour is the entire point: your team ships product, ours runs physical operations.

- Customer workflow and UI
- Industry-specific logic
- Data model and permissions
- Pricing and packaging
- Support and account relationship
- Roadmap and release schedule

The infrastructure
- Global procurement
- Configuration and asset tagging
- Logistics and delivery
- Warehousing and stock
- Retrieval and maintenance
- Redeployment and disposition
Why it matters
Three reasons to build the module.
Launch a capability, not a company.
The interface is a sprint. The operating network behind it is years of supplier, warehouse, courier, and disposition work.
- Integration instead of operations build-out
- No vendor network to recruit
- Expand services without headcount
Complete the workflow you already own.
Your product becomes the place where the physical part of the industry process actually happens.
- Fewer exports into spreadsheets
- Operational data returns to your system
- Higher daily relevance
Start narrow and expand.
Begin with one lifecycle capability, prove it with real customers, then add procurement, retrieval, storage, or disposition.
- Deployment-only first release is normal
- Add capabilities without re-integrating
- Coverage grows market by market
Product & developers
Simple primitives, complex execution.
Your engineers work with a small number of objects: quotes, deployments, assets, retrievals, and disposition.

Webhooks
State changes pushed to your product so your module stays live.
CLI & automation
Operational tooling for your internal teams and migrations.
MCP & AI agents
Add an agent surface to your module when you are ready.
White-label
GroWrk stays behind your product; branding scope is agreed per partnership.

Tenant scoping and approval gates that mirror your own roles.
Enterprise controls
Is embedded device infrastructure right for your platform?
This is not for every vertical SaaS product. The fit is strong when hardware is already part of your customers' recurring operations.
If three or more of these are true, there is usually a real product here. If none are, embedded device infrastructure probably is not your next module — and we will tell you that.
- Your customers repeatedly provision laptops, tablets, or workplace technology.
- Your platform already manages the employee, contractor, customer location, or assignment that needs equipment.
- Your customers operate across multiple countries or multiple locations.
- Hardware workflows happen today through email, spreadsheets, or external vendors.
- Customers want fewer tools and a more complete product experience.
- You want to launch device operations without building sourcing or logistics infrastructure.

Your developers work with a handful of software primitives. GroWrk absorbs the operational complexity underneath them.

Commercial models
Ways to package the module.
Partners choose the commercial model. GroWrk does not set your end-customer pricing.
Premium module
A paid module inside the existing subscription.
Enterprise feature
Included for larger accounts as a differentiator.
Add-on service
Purchased separately by the customers who need it.
Bundled lifecycle package
Deployment, support, recovery, and disposition sold as one program.
Usage-based operations
Charged per deployment, retrieval, or managed asset.
GroWrk does not set end-customer pricing. Commercial terms are agreed during partnership design.

FAQ
Vertical SaaS questions.
Which vertical SaaS companies are a good fit?
Platforms whose customers repeatedly provision technology to employees, contractors, or locations — and whose existing workflows already create those events. If hardware is an occasional one-off for your customers, the fit is weak and we will say so.
Do we need to build hardware operations ourselves?
No. Your team builds the module: UI, workflow, permissions, and pricing. GroWrk operates sourcing, configuration, logistics, warehousing, retrieval, redeployment, and disposition.
Can GroWrk remain invisible to our end customer?
Partner implementations are designed so the customer stays in your product. The exact scope of GroWrk visibility — particularly on delivery and pickup communications — is defined during partnership scoping.
How much of the user experience can we control?
All of the interface and workflow. GroWrk exposes lifecycle operations through the API; how they are presented, who can trigger them, and what they cost your customer is entirely yours.
Can we start with one lifecycle capability?
Yes, and most partners do. A first release commonly covers deployment only, with procurement, retrieval, storage, and disposition added later without re-integrating.
Can we add procurement, retrieval, or storage later?
Yes. The same object model covers the full lifecycle, so additional capabilities are new endpoints and events rather than a new integration.
How do we monetize embedded device services?
Common models include a premium module, an enterprise feature, a separate add-on, a bundled lifecycle package, or usage-based operational pricing. You set end-customer pricing; the commercial arrangement with GroWrk is agreed during partnership design.
What developer resources are available?
A sandbox with seeded test inventory, REST API and webhook reference, CLI, MCP access, and a shared channel with GroWrk engineers through build, validation, and launch.
